Choose your products
Choose your desired product in the online shop or via the telephone order hotline.
After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please check if all the data on the invoice is correct.
There are various payment options at Ophirum.
If you choose the "advance payment" option, please transfer the amount payable, stating your invoice number.
As part of our certification, we offer our customers an additional Trusted Shops buyer protection of up to EUR 20,000.00. Find out more ...Important: In order to guarantee your purchase price, the amount must reach us within 3 bank working days.
Besides advance payment you can also pay cash on delivery or cash on collection. Find out more ...
Receipt of payment / delivery
After receipt of your payment, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then immediately send your order to the address provided or the collection point indicated by you.
If you choose to pay cash on delivery or cash on collection, despatch will take place immediately. Alternatively, you can have your orders stored. Find out more here.
Dependent on delivery and payment options chosen, the delivery time is usually between 1 - 4 days after receipt of payment. SELLING precious metals
As part of our service, you also have the possibility of selling your precious metals back to us.
Here’s how it works:

We will confirm the current buy-back rate for your products. You can also view the current selling rates at our precious metal shop.
After taking inventory of your products by telephone, we will agree on an individual pick up time.
Our logistics service provider will pick up the products.
5. Subject to checking condition and authenticity, the agreed payment will be credited to your account.
