Delivery process & prices
Our delivery methods - fast, secure and low priced!
You are buying valuable goods. That is why we emphasise great value in our logistics. Therefore, all of our consignments are fully insured throughout the entire transport process up to handover.
Additionally, all of our consignments are sent in neutral packaging and the sender address on the packages is discreet. You have the choice between collection and delivery by one of our parcel service providers.
Here is an overview of the various delivery options.
Delivery by parcel service / cash logistics
For goods up to EUR 15,000.00, secure transport is carried out by our parcel service provider. The delivery service uses neutral vehicles. The delivery usually takes place Monday – Friday from 8am - 2pm. Unfortunately, Saturday deliveries or deliveries outside the core delivery times are not possible. If you aren’t at home on the day of delivery, you will receive an attempted delivery postcard. You will find all the necessary information on the postcard so you can get in touch with our service provider and agree on a new delivery date. In case you don’t find an attempted delivery postcard in your letterbox, please get in touch with us.
For goods with a value of between EUR 15.000,00 to EUR 250.000,00 (and a maximum weight of 25 kg) our CiT logistics service provider will deliver by secure transport. These deliveries take place Monday – Friday from 8am - 6pm. Due to the security requirements, the goods are delivered by a high security vehicle with a 2 man security logistics team.
Up to a value of 5.000 EUR delivery by parcel service or CiT is charged at a flat-rate fee of EUR 9.90 per order. Above 5.000 EUR delivery is free of charge.
Delivery to DHL Packstations
Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.
Cash on collection
You also have the possibility to pay in cash at various partner locations. This applies to prior delivery from our precious metal shop. Upon order, please state at which partner location you would like to pay cash for your order. The advantage for you: The purchase price will not change up to collection. HERE you can see an overview of all the pick-up locations. After paying the invoice amount, you will receive the package containing your order. The package you receive has been packed under camera supervision. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that you can only check the contents of the package after paying the purchase price. An additional administration fee of EUR 35.00 is due for cash payments.
Collection with advance payment
You also have the possibility to make advance payment and pick up your order on location. Up to an order value of EUR 250,000.00, you can personally pick up your order at one of our PICK UP LOCATIONS.
Up to a value of 5.000 EUR there is an additional administration fee of EUR 9.90 per order for pick-up with advance payment. Above 5.000 EUR delivery is free of charge.
Cash on delivery
Up to an order value of EUR 5,000.00, you have the additional possibility to order using cash on delivery. Up to an order value of EUR 5,000.00 you can have bars and coins delivered straight to your door. The package you receive has been packed under camera supervision. Therefore, we ask for your understanding, that you can only check the contents of the package after paying the purchase price. An additional administration fee of EUR 25.00 is due for cash on delivery services.
Storage – Delivery from inventory
As a myGolddepot customer, you have the possibility to liquidate your inventory and have your precious metals delivered to you. You can also have them delivered to a pick-up point. Both services cost up to a value of 5.000 EUR 9.90 EUR per order. Order values above 5.000 EUR will be delivered free of charge. You can find out more here.
